Tier 1 Civil Construction Contractor experience with partnering arrangements of either joint ventures/consortia/alliances.
Senior Financial Management background with Cost Accounting advisory. Role will be responsible for Procurement, Contract Administration and Head Contracts to AS2124, AS4000 with Project Specific Deeds, Cost Management, Subcontract Administration,Budgeting and Forecasting Audit procedures, Preparation and negotiation of contractual claims including variations and extensions of time), Performance Management and establishment of appropriate project metrics.
