We are interested in talking to production professionals with demonstrated experience using Maintenance Management. Systems in Operations & Maintenance Environment Oil and Gas / Mining
Candidates will be required ot have the following:
5 – 8 years supervisory experience.
Understanding of Statutory / ABS / Class / Flag requirements.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Project 2003.
Thorough knowledge and experience of: control room operations, fire and gas systems, subsea systems including well testing and hydraulic systems, separation and stabilization systems , gas compression and dehydration, gas lift operations, produced water systems, quick connect and disconnecting, reinjection systems, fuel gas systems, laboratory procedures, laboratory analysis, fiscal metering, chemical injection.
Extensive exposure to permit to work systems, operating procedures, JSA systems and work instructions.

Overall responsibilities will extend to the following:
Ensure that the production targets are met through a close relationship with the client’s onshore Production Superintendent and offshore Production Supervisor.

Responsible for production optimization, on-going monitoring of operations, submitting proposals for production improvement and cost savings and working within the operations production budget

Provide input to yearly operations production budgets while minimizing operating costs for the company.

Generate medium and long term production master plans to effectively meet our targets.
Effective facilitation of team and client meetings.
Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely manner.

Timely direction of Technicians and Contractors to ensure Company objectives are met with regard to Facility budgets, safety and production standards.

Provide guidance regarding the safe, efficient and correct operation of the production plant, process gas compression and water injection systems, machinery, equipment, CCR and instrumentation on the facilities.

Plan medium and long term production activities, ensuring synergies and onshore resources support are met.

Review the daily, weekly and monthly production and statutory reports relating to well performance and testing.
Report and investigate any issues with the production or safe operation of the plant on the facility.
Maintain a close relationship with the production and maintenance personnel on the facility regarding the maintenance, repair, calibration and testing requirements to ensure that the plant and systems are maintained in good condition and to optimum performance.
Plan and anticipate spare parts, consumables, chemical and other material requirements. Remain aware of stock levels and ensure that all required requisitions are raised in good time by the facility.
Prepare, implement and control process system operating and safety procedures.
Be familiar with the Australian Facilities plant and machinery, working knowledge of safety requirements, including work permit systems, operational and emergency procedures, Company policy and instructions.

Review all logs for the process plant and systems Provide guidance to the production team on the facility for all matters related to laboratory testing and analysis. Full understanding of criticality regarding chemical injection rates.
